(ESP) Beto Pérez es un artista joto y vicho* que vive y trabaja en Tlaxcala, México. Organizador de eventos en sobre VIH y sida, productor audiovisual y gestor cultural, es co-fundador de coarco ac en 2010. Ha sido beneficiario del PECDA Estado de México en 2013 y 2019. Ganador del Premio Estatal de Periodismo 2019 y Mención en el Premio Nacional de Periodismo 2018 por la serie documental "Tlaxcala Indígena". Ha presentado su trabajo en el Brooklyn Museum, Whitney Museum of American Art, New Museum, MOCA LA, Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), MAMBO (Colombia), entre otros gracias al apoyo de Visual AIDS.
En 2022 presentó el documental "En el futuro" en el marco de la Conferencia Internacional de Sida en Montreal, Canadá.
Actualmente es artista miembro de Visual AIDS, y la organización What would an HIV doula do en Nueva York, USA.
En 2022 fundó cepa, la primera red de artistas y personas viviendo con VIH en el estado.
